Men and women, faculty members at secular institutions across the United States and the world, hold to the historic Christian faith despite an intellectual atmosphere often characterized by skepticism or even intolerance. It may prove helpful for those who share their faith—as well as those outside of orthodox Christianity—who want to understand their motivations to read a bit of their stories. Here are a few examples of professors who publicly claim faith in Jesus Christ:

“I am professor of Kinesiology (that's fizz eddd) where I have been trying to teach for the last 18 years. I have been associated with FC for my entire career and have been a member of CFLN since 1991. I have made numerous short-term overseas trips with FC. I am a member of Grace Church, a nondenominational church where I frequently teach. I am erstwhile director of our campus Christian Faculty/Staff Fellowship.
